Window Washer

**Salary**: Competitive, dependent on experience

City Group Managed Services is currently recruiting for experienced and reliable Window washer & Caretaker to join our dynamic maintenance team. The role is based in Preston but covers Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cumbria. You should have a experience with a Reach & Wash system for the window cleaning, traditional method experience would be a bonus also.

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:
Travel to sites and complete window cleaning required within a timely and safe manner.
Complete service documentation/reports via iPad-based in-house software.
Routine planned services.
Attend callouts during the working day and carry out fault diagnosis, repair or advise as required.
Take full responsibility and ownership of all assigned tasks, repair and improvements and record keeping.
Maintenance of equipment
Ensure uniforms are worn at all times on site; displaying a professional image of our company.
Report any problems or broken equipment to your line manager, as soon as possible.
You will assist the team by working together to provide a fantastic onsite service.
Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.

**About You**:
Previous experience working in a similar role within Window Washing or an associated professional trade.
Must hold a valid full UK driving license as you will drive the company vehicle in work hours.
Experience and skills in planning and prioritising their own work.
Able to work on own initiative as well as within a team, with a proactive, flexible, can-do attitude.
Working at height qualification’s; IPAF & PASMA desirable.
Attention to detail required.

Due to the nature of the role you need to be hardworking, reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

Working hours: 40 or 42.5 hours per week, 5 days over a 6 day period - Flexibility is required. Extra hours are available.

**Salary**: Negotiable - dependent on experience.
