In brief: We are seeking a self-motivated individual, who is happy working on their own (as well as in a team) to undertake a combination of grounds-keeping/gardening activities, upkeep of Factory and Office working environments, caring for company vehicles, as well as occasional driving and other ad-hoc duties.

Main duties:
Grounds work: Sweeping leaves, mowing/strimming grass, assisting with vegetable garden, fruit picking, spraying weeds. Keep all equipment and materials in designated areas, inspect/maintain regularly and report faults.

Office/factory: Make repairs and install minor improvements to the offices and factory. Sweep factory floor using brush/vacuum machinery provided. Empty bins and ensure recycling is carried out correctly. Replenish washrooms with janitorial materials (WC cleaning not required). Maintain safe and tidy state of factory yard and outdoor recreational areas. Litter pick around factory yard and roadside verges.

Others: Collect/deliver goods and occasionally collect visitors/staff from airport. Regular valeting of 4 pool cars. Assist with setting up for marketing events & staff social events.

Benefits: £10.50-11.00 per hour depending on experience. Full/part time, 7.5hrs per day excluding breaks, flexible working hours can be discussed.
