We are looking for Waking Night Support Worker for housing accommodation (37 beds setting) for youth. We believe that all young people have the potential to thrive not just survive. A full planned programme of support and activities offer residents an opportunityto unlock their talent and build confidence. 1-2-1 and group sessions focus upon life skills, managing wellbeing and welfare, learning and training.
We are looking for high energy individuals with good sense of humour and passion to help others. You will be working with young individuals (16-24 years old) who are homeless who have recently experienced homelessness, substance misuse etc.
You will work 4 nights on/ 4 nights off basis from 9pm-8:15am.
There is a gym, recording studio, free car park and more.
Location: Newhaven
Hourly Rate: £12.50 - £15 on a 4 nights on 4 nights off basis.
