We currently have a two Permanent, Full-time AdvancedSocial Work Practitioner posts within our North (Chippenham) and West (Trowbridge) Ongoing Support service.

This is a leadership role within the team, you will be expected to work closely with the Team Manager on a day-to-day basis to support the wider team.
