**Responsibilities**:

- Assess students' learning needs and develop personalized lesson plans
- Help students improve their academic performance and achieve their learning goals
- Utilize effective teaching strategies and techniques to engage and motivate students
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to student learning
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with special education needs

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience tutoring or working in a related field
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with students of all ages
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to create structured lesson plans
- Flexibility in scheduling tutoring sessions based on student availability

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £15.00-£20.00 per hour

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Tutoring: 1 year (preferred)
