Glanville Environmental are a well-established drainage and civil engineering company that have been successfully operating for over 30-years in the South-West region. With a growing portfolio of clients and multiple long-term contracts, we are experiencing exponential growth and are looking for a range of personnel to join our family-owned business.

We are currently looking for a Payroll Coordinator to work within our finance team, based at our head office in Lee Mill, who will be responsible for the following:

- Carry out calculations of pay and deductions for both fortnightly and monthly staff
- Help monitor WTD shift patterns
- Ensure correct and accurate processing of payroll data
- Process Pension Submissions
- Assist in the process of holiday records
- Record absences / process sick pay
- Check and produce payslips, P45's, P60's and P11d’s
- Payroll Year Procedure
- Answer earnings enquiries
- Deal with HMRC, PCC, CCC, CSA, DEA, and process deductions
- Liaise with HR and Department Managers for Starters and Leavers
- Assistance with the administration of the sickness, holiday, and absence procedure
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in a payroll focused role
- The ability to multi-task and deliver to deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills - you need to engage with colleagues across the whole of the organisation
- The ability to work under pressure

Working a 40-hour week Monday to Friday, Glanville Environmental look to offer a competitive package for this role to include:
