**JOB VACANCY: SENIOR HOUSING SERVICES OFFICER**

**Position**:Senior Housing Services Officer

**Salary**:Point 28 (£38,994) to Point 30 (£41,123)

**Contract**:Permanent, Full-Time Position

**Hours**:35 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)

**Location**:Dennistoun, Glasgow

**Closing Date**:Friday, 31 March 2023 at 12 noon

Milnbank Housing Association (MHA) is a tenant led Community Based Housing Association operating in the Haghill and Dennistoun area of Glasgow, owning and managing around 3,000 units.

The Association is looking to recruit a Senior Housing Services Officer to support the Director of Housing & Community Initiatives to lead and manage the provision of a high quality, responsive housing management service that delivers and focuses on positive outcomes for tenants and other customers.

Ideally, the postholder will have the following:

- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive housing management experience within the social housing sector.
- Knowledge of the Regulatory Framework and strategic issues facing Housing Associations in Scotland.
- An effective team player with the ability to cope with changing circumstances & demands.
- Educated to Degree level and/or possess a Post-Graduate Diploma in Housing Studies qualification.
