**Position**: Freedom to Speak Up Guardian (Job Share)

**Band**: Band 7

**Location**: Wayside House, Coventry

We are looking for two passionate and dedicated individuals to work on a job share basis as Freedom to Speak Up Guardians. As the Freedom to Speak Up Guardians, you will work collaboratively within the Trust to foster an open culture of listening and learning. It is essential to develop mechanisms that empower and encourage staff to speak up safely, contributing to a positive staff engagement and involvement culture within the Trust.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the leadership team to create an open culture based on listening and learning.
- Develop mechanisms to empower and encourage staff to speak up safely.
- Contribute to the development of a positive staff engagement and involvement culture.
