**Carbase **is a family-owned business that over the last 20 years has grown into the largest, independent, pre-owned dealership in the South West.

We’re looking for a talented Smart Repairer to join us at our Avonmouth preparation centre, to help us keep our stock of cars flowing to the sales floor at the highest possible cosmetic standard

**As a Smart Repairer**:

- Carry out all repairs according to best practice procedures
- Meeting acceptable safety and quality standards
- Use all paint mixing schemes and drying areas/equipment accurately for all paint repairs
- Complete assigned jobs within the estimated repair/paint times
- You’ll identify potential hazards and keep to a high standard of health and safety, monitoring the condition of tools and machinery.
- And with training and development opportunities there will be plenty of chance to learn on the job

**About you**:

- You’ll need knowledge of smart repairs
- Paint experience desirable - commands higher salary
- 12 months experience of completing smart repairs
- Prior experience of working to efficiency targets
