**Macildowie** are excited to be working with a brilliant market-leading business based in **Burton-on-Trent**, looking to add an experienced **Payroll Administrator** to join their fast-paced payroll team.

This is a brilliant role for someone looking for a new challenge to get their teeth stuck in.

This is a**Permanent** opportunity, looking to provide a brilliant**benefits and salary package of £20,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience**.

The organisation offer a **hybrid working model with as little as one day required in the office a week and the rest from home**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing weekly payroll
- Processing monthly salaried staff
- Processing new starters/leavers
- Maintaining personnel files and working across the HR database
- Processing machine workflows daily
- Cover within the finance department

**Skills required**:

- Previous payroll experience is essential
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must work well as a team
- Good Excel knowledge
- A 'can do' attitude
