Area Sales Manager

_A field based territory sales role, promoting a mid to high-end range of bathroom furniture and shower enclosures into independent retailers and bathroom showrooms._
**Package**: circa £35k-£45k basic + £10k OTE, Audi/BMW hybrid or electric car, laptop, mobile
**Territory**: London, and Essex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire within and around the M25
**Selling**: Bathroom furniture and shower enclosures
**Customers**: Bathroom showrooms, independent retailers and two buying groups
**THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT**:
- My client is open to recruiting a field sales professional from a bathroom & shower manufacturer and paying the top end of the package above
- Or recruiting someone from within a bathroom showroom and training them up and developing them into the role
- Either way you will be self-motivated and target driven, with a strong work ethic, and the tenacity required to win new business and grow an area
**THE ROLE - Area Sales Manager**:
- A field based territory sales role promoting a mid to high-end range of bathroom furniture and shower enclosures
- Inheriting a small portfolio of accounts to manage and develop, which will do roughly 50% of your target
- Although the role will be biased towards identifying and winning new bathroom showrooms
- Agreements are in place in place with two buying groups, so there is plenty to go at
