**Position**:Painter and Decorator

**Location**:Filton, Bristol.

**Rate**:£20.00 ph.

Core Construction Personnel are looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator to start maintenance/ refurb works on student accommodation in Filton. If you are an experienced Painter and looking for work in the Bristol area please call Mike 07535216684 or the office on 01179622296.

**Details include**
- Maintenance works.
- Touching up works.
- Emulsion and gloss works.
- Preparation and protection works.
- Working closely with the site manager.

**Requirements for role**
- CSCS required.
- Full PPE and Own vehicle preferred.
- 2 x work references carrying out similar works.
- Able to have good time keeping and be punctual.
- Photo ID.
