Bethany Care Home is a purpose built, 30 bedroom care home.

We are currently seeking a part time Team Leader to come and join our team working nights. The position we are looking to fill is for 2 to 3 nights per week (9pm to 7.30am). Our night shifts are working nights. We can discuss your availability of nights and will try and accommodate where possible.

There is the possibility of extra hours on day shifts, to cover holidays and staff absence, and with many roles in the home, there is flexibility for personal and professional development.

Hourly rate will be discussed based on experience and qualifications and are also assessed by the Trust annually and reviewed throughout the year by the management team based on progression and performance.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential as well as a kind and caring, can-do attitude. Level 2 diploma/NVQ in Adult Health and Social Care, or equivalent, is required as a minimum level for this role. We do support further development where desired.
