Employee Relations Assistant

Bramah HR is recruiting for an Employee Relations Assistant to join a large business based in Manchester on an initially temporary basis for a minimum of an 8 week contract but with potential to be extended beyond this. This role sits within a busy ER Team and would be ideal for a confident Assistant that is able to log new case work and provide initial advice in a high volume environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Employee relations advisors.
- Logging new employee relations cases on the system and providing initial advice to colleagues to act as first line of support.
- Managing less complex casework to ensure efficient and compliant resolutions.
- Assist with ad hoc duties as directed by the employee relations team lead.
- Keep case work updated using internal case tracking systems.
**Skills**
- CIPD level 3 as a minimum
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience within an HR advisory role dealing with employee relations.
- Proficiency in conducting investigations and resolving employee relations issues.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
**Salary**: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
