Agent Assistant

Milburys Estate Agents seek a confident person who is computer literate, possesses excellent communication skills to deal with the general public face to face and over the telephone, as well as accompany viewings as an Agency Assistant in our Residential Sales department in Thornbury. **SATURDAYS ONLY 9am-4pm**.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Answering enquiries and registering applicants.
- Conducting property viewings and meeting with clients.
- Providing knowledgeable and accurate information about the properties and the local area.
- Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with applicants.
- Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport with our potential buyers and clients.
- Strong communication skills.
- A pro-active and self-motivated work ethic with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of the local areas Milburys Estate Agent’s covers.
- Flexibility to cover the office during holiday times.
- A professional and presentable appearance.
- Previous customer service, sales experience is preferred but not essential.
- A Full UK driving license.
