**Finance Administrator | Remote working | £25,000-£30,000 plus bonus **| FMCG business **| Permanent role**

A Finance Administrator is required to work for a leading Consumer Products business, on a permanent basis (remote working with 1 team day in the London office per month). The role has arisen due to an internal promotion and is an opportunity to join a globallyrecognised brand at a time of significant growth.

You will be reporting to the Purchasing Supervisor, working in a direct team of 3 and amongst a much larger finance team. You will be responsible for the purchase order administration where you will deal with high volumes of purchase requisitions (PR) andpurchase orders (PO). Duties will include:

- Taking ownership of processing high volume (300-500 per week) purchase orders on a daily basis
- Creating, updating, and maintaining process documentation
- Ownership of creating reporting relating to the Purchasing team as well as managing aging POs and querying any discrepancies
- Reviewing and approving supplier requests and creating the suppliers in SAP
- Working alongside the AP and Payment Specialist teams to update and maintain accurate supplier records
- Organising the system to remove inactive supplier activities and ensuring that the system is kept up-to-date and accurate
- Management of the shared inbox
