Culligan International offers technologically advanced, state of the art water filtration products, including: water softeners, water filtration systems, industrial water treatment solutions, drinking water systems and whole-house filtration systems.

Following a successful relaunch of our Culligan UK Wolverhampton Headquarters, we are looking for a Workspace Co-Ordinator to provide high quality support to our Culligan team members, acting as a key point of contact and taking ownership of the day to day office operation.

In this role you will report to our Director of Customer Transformation and be responsible for the experience of all visitors, team members and the delivery of on-site facilities. Furthermore, this role will support members of our UK Senior Leadership team, coordinating site visits for both them and their guests, effectively managing any requests and completing administrative tasks, including travel and meeting arrangements.

**What This Role Involves**:

- Serve as the primary contact for all employees on site as well as all visitors, facilitating effective communication and coordination
- Assist in preparing site visits, meeting room requirements, and special events
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring tasks are prioritised effectively
- Oversee onsite facilities management, including contractors, cleaning services and security - within budget
- Ensure timely replenishment of office supplies, stationary and consumables - ensuring cost control
- Lead health and safety initiatives for the site in collaboration with our Health, Safety & Facilities Manager
- Plan and coordinate events, leadership team meetings, and travel, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
- Independently manage daily tasks with mínimal supervision, using knowledge and initiative
- Consistently maintain a high degree of confidentiality

**Workplace Management requirements, including but not limited to**:

- Manage the reception area, ensuring visitors are greeted, signed in/out and inducted appropriately
- Oversee communal space, car park etiquette, operating car park gates and advise visitors
- Facilitate contractor relations and renewals, including coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Manage meeting room bookings for visitors - including hot desks
- Manage the post, including distribution across the site
- First Aider and Fire Marshall, Liaise with on-site First Aiders and Fire Marshalls
- Ensure the site operates regular fire alarm tests
- Conduct a morning walkaround, ensuring the site is safe
- Support the basic IT knowledge of meeting room equipment
