**Location: St Albans**
**Salary: £22,000 dependent on experience**
**Working hours: Full Time 37.5hrs between 9am - 5.30pm including one weekend day**
**28 days holiday**

- Admin experience essential preferable within the medical or healthcare profession however would consider all persons with admin experience._
**About the role**
We’re looking for someone to join our Hearcare team as a Hearcare Administrator.
In this role you will be our customers first point of contact when they enter the store or call in. You’ll therefore need to be a natural when it comes to customer care - articulate, good with people and always happy to help
In addition to basic clerical work, you will be required to organise the audiologists work load, deal with customer complaints and be able to search information on numerous databases. You will be required to book and reschedule appointments over the phone and face to face. We’ll also be looking for an organised approach, and a good standard of education in written English and Mathematics.
Within this role you’ll also be required to complete and post orders, receive and check deliveries, and maintain hearcare accessories and aids displays. You will also need to give good clear advice to customers on how to look after and clean their hearing aids. Not worked with hearing aids before? Don’t worry We will teach you everything you need to know about hearing aids, how to clean and look after them, diagnosis of simple faults, and basic repairs, for example cleaning, changing wax guards and tubing on hearing aids.
