**Information on the role**
- Attend varied client sites
- Survey works and manage the end-to-end process of receiving the tender and submitting the quotation
- Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts
- Manage accurate records of tender and contract documents
- Prepare detailed bills of quantities and work schedules for accurate pricing
- Compile tender comparisons and consideration
- Present tenders at settlement meetings with a comprehensive knowledge of the best approach to be taken
- Offer advice on risk and value engineering options
- **Offer & provide design input, drawing HVAC projects**

**What we’d like from you**
- **Experience Estimating HVAC projects, ideally in the commercial & retail sectors**:

- **CAD & Revit proficiency**:

- Third Level qualification in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills
- Self-motivated personality
- Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
- Organisation and time management skills

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
