A Healthcare company that is a leading player in their respective market is looking for a Billing Administrator to join on a Permanent basis. This is a hybrid role working twice weekly in their London office and 3 days remote working.

This role is responsible for accurate and timely billing of NHS clients and NHS Billing experience is essential.

Key responsibilities
- Ensure NHS billing is completed on a daily basis
- Raising invoices /credit notes on a daily/weekly/monthly basis for each hospital
- Ensure that all chargeable activities undertaken are invoiced
- Work with hospitals to ensure enough data has been captured to enable accurate invoicing
- Monitor and validate clinical coding
- Validation of NHS reports
- Ensuring all month end deadlines are met
- Answering queries from all stakeholders

Key attributes:

- Drive and self-motivation, the ability to get on with tasks at hand without supervision
- A team player, necessary in a small to medium sized Company environment
- Effective communication skills, and the ability to work well with others at all levels, including senior management
- The ability to work to tight timescales and deadlines
- Strong eye for accuracy and attention to detail
