Panel Wireman/woman

Peel Technical are working alongside a leading manufacturer & installer of switchgear products to help in their search for a new Panel Wireman

Essential Criteria:

- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role working on mechanical builds (switchgear), wiring and copper build.
- Experience working on control panels.
- Safe use of hand and power tools.
- Must hold a driving licence.
- A good understanding of H & S.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- To build flat pack panels using 2 D / 3 D drawing.
- Installation of Busbar / Earth bars.
- Fitting out doors for electrical equipment.
- Fitting and wiring multifunction meters.
- Control wiring from schematic diagram and single line drawings.
- For this post you must be able to work stand alone and be able to use your own initiative, work as part of a team and be able to communicate with co workers.

Desirable Criteria
- Fork lift truck licence would be advantageous.
- 17th Edition.
- Testing and inspection would also be advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
