Warehouse Worker and Order Picker

Dalston Mill Fabrics is a family run business who have been involved in the têxtiles industry for over 40 years. We are rapidly growing our online business with direct to consumer cut length fabric sales. From crafters and dressmakers to small designers and hobbyists we are on our way to becoming the one stop shop they need.

We are currently looking for someone for a role as general warehouse assistant, order picker and fabric cutter in a busy fabrics warehouse.

Daily Role includes...
- Selecting the correct item and cutting lengths of fabric from the roll.
- Help keeping the warehouse organised and tidy.
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Organising stocks on shelves
- Making deliveries to our shop
- Collecting fabric from secondary warehouse
- Preparing samples

Qualities looking for...
- Organisation - to manage workload
- Moderate physical strength needed to carry rolls of fabric
- Good level of English and communucation skills
- Drivers lisence essential

Hours: 8am - 4.30pm (7.5hr plus 1hr break)

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week

**Experience**:

- UK Driving Licence: 1 year (preferred)
