**Job Summary**:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and managing large volumes of data into our company's database. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**:
Data Entry and Validation: Accurately enter a variety of data, including customer information, sales transactions, inventory records, and other business-related data into our database systems. Verify the accuracy of data and identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.

Data Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain existing records, ensuring that all information is current and up-to-date. Perform routine data cleanup and validation to improve data quality.

Quality Control: Conduct regular audits to monitor data accuracy and completeness. Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest level of data integrity.

Collaborative Support: Work closely with other teams, including Sales, Operations, and Customer Service, to gather and input data accurately and support their data-related needs.

Data Security: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and follow data protection protocols to safeguard company and customer data.

**Qualifications**:
Education: GCSEs and good writing skills in English are necessary.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy are essential for success in this role.

Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
