**Responsibilities as a Manual Grinder**:

- Set and operate universal manual grinding machines
- Internal and External grinding of components using magnetic chuck, 3-jaw chuck fixtures and between centres
- Use of inspection equipment to determine size, tolerance, and surface finish
- Small batch work working to engineering drawings and Route card
- Conducting assigned tasks in a controlled and safe manner, paying respect to colleagues and equipment
- Always present a positive attitude and an adaptable approach to problems
- Ensure machined parts comply with all aerospace/quality specifications and tolerances

The hours for this role are 07.30 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday and 07.30 - 12.30 on Friday.
