Your role:
The purpose of the RFP Specialist is to support and coordinate responses to RFP client servicing requests.

Invesco EMEA serves a breadth of clients including financial advisors, pension funds, and insurers. Our customers have sophisticated and unique investment needs, which we are uniquely positioned to deliver through 13 investment centres with expertise in equities, fixed income, and alternatives.

Marketing seeks to connect client needs with our capabilities by crafting effective, accountable, multi-channel communications which educate, encourage and support our clients. Content Marketing enables this by producing editorials, product marketing, agency-designed creative, and new business requests, while delivering them within the customer journey.

The EMEA RFP team delivers the best of Invesco’s global investment and servicing proposition to institutional and retail clients by supporting distribution and marketing content servicing needs.

What we are we looking for:
- Independently own the completion of sophisticated new business and client servicing questionnaires within EMEA and the broader global organisation- Inspire RFP best practice, strategy and commercial insights to support complex RFP qualification calls- Consciously seeks to improve efficiency and strives for an excellent client experience in their duties

What you can bring:
- Fluency in German is essential- RFP experience within the financial services industry, preferably in a RFP or investment/marketing communications or client service position- Specialism in a related RFP field i.e. asset class, ESG, client type or marketing/distribution specialist- Strong understanding of financial markets and the fund management industry- Excellent IT skills, especially in Word and Excel packages- Solid understanding of RFP database tools- Deep client or distribution understanding- Higher level education, degree or a similar qualification- IMC or other relevant industry certification- A passion for helping others- A desire to always do things better
