Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Location: Isle of Sheppey : HMP Swaleside

**Salary**: £24,373.74
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday. Day time only.
Permanent (Full-Time)

**PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within a Prison, you will be required to under-go an enhanced DBS check and a 5 year housing and work background check if you are to be successful for this position.**

**What do we need from you?**
- A good understanding of operational processes
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Able to work in a demanding environment
- Previous warehouse management experience required within a Supply Chain environment (preferable but not essential)
- To ensure operational KPI's are met and exceeded
- Be able to work in a prison environment
- To reconcile stock levels
- To look at projects / initiatives for continuous improvement
- Managing a group of Prisoners in a work environment
