Warehouse Operative

**Warehouse Operative - £10ph - £13ph**

Here at Adecco Recruitment we are looking for Warehouse Operatives to work on a Temp to Perm basis with our clients based in the Diss area.

The nature of the opportunity will require you to be available at short notice (preferably immediately).

Working pattern varying from straight Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm through to Split shifts of 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm.

For many of the roles we recruit for no experience is required, all we ask is that you have a level of physical fitness that you would feel comfortable lifting and shifting, bending and twisting, often carrying a reasonable weight.

**A general day to day might look like**:

- Working in a busy warehouse environment
- Lifting and shifting, putting deliveries away and helping to pick orders ready for dispatch
- General housekeeping duties to help maintain a safe and tidy area in line with the Health & Safety standards set out by our clients
- Any other reasonable duties which fall in line with the job role, including some customer contact for customer collections, walk in customers etc

**Key Skills we'd look for**:

- An understanding / working knowledge of a warehouse environment would be advantageous (but certainly not essential).
- Reliable
- Good communicator
