We are working with a leading, national provider on their search for a Registered Manager for their service based in Northampton, Northamptonshire that is a highly specialised service, providing care in the areas of specialised neuro-behavioural rehabilitationfor adults, with an acquired brain injury, including traumatic brain injury and strokes.

This service is based in a beautiful, quite village location and provides the care and rehabilitation required for such specialist care provisions.
- Someone who is confident enough to make autonomous decisions - but at the same time a collaborate able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- EITHER a qualified Nurse RMN/RGN or equivalent OR Registered Manager who is not a nurse themselves but has a background in managing a clinical team, within a nursing home environment.
- A caring and professional approach goes without saying, as does your strong work ethic, reliability and ability to build solid working relationships.
- Previous experience with individuals with Brain injury desirable but not essential
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care
- Excellent organisation & leadership skills
- Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services
