Recruitment Advisor

Are you ready to join us as our Recruitment Advisor and become part of #teammoulton? This is a new role and is crucial to the continued growth of the College.
- Are you able to drive recruitment and attract key talent to the College to deliver the College Strategy?
- Are you an expert advisor, able to support recruiting managers across the College with a range of recruitment activities?

You would join an experienced and passionate HR team focused on delivering the People Plan and providing a high-quality service.
- all of this at a GOOD College in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside with an aspirational student body and a dedicated and skilled staff team.
**Your duties

You will:

- Deliver a people focussed, responsive and flexible recruitment service to the College
- Provide innovative recruitment options to attract talent and promote the College as an ‘employer of choice’
- Ensure a high standard of offer paperwork, Safer Recruitment checks and onboarding materials

- Experience of working in a similar role
- Proven experience of excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Sound knowledge of best practice in recruitment and selection, underpinning legislation and EDI considerations
