Working in the outdoors, delivering fun and engaging activities to children is one of the most rewarding roles you could choose to pursue. Your day will be full of variety delivering a whole range of activities such as Crate Challenge, Buggy Building or our very own Escape the Room No two days will be the same.

At Grittleton House Adventure Centre we offer schools an outdoor residential trip. Our amazing team will guide the schools through their trip, starting with a warm and well organised welcome. Then throughout their stay schools are guided through an organised programme of activities and meal times until it is time for a huge send off on the final day.

You will be provided with all the training you need for the role, all you need to bring is bags of energy and enthusiasm. Throughout the training and the season, you will not only learn new skills and pick up some qualifications but you will also gain self confidence, improve your communication and team work skills and much much more.

Accommodation can be provided at a reduced rate of circa £70 per week.
