We have 2 full time posts available
- 37.5 hours per week (each post is 3 days at 8-6, 1 day at 8-5.30 with one day off)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 Clinic Administrator to join the busy teams in Outpatients at Good Hope Hospital. The posts are to cover reception and book appointments for clinics.
**Main duties, tasks & skills required**:
We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and experienced individuals with excellent communication skills to provide an efficient and professional service.
It is essential that you have the following,
1. Good General Education (e.g. GCSE English and Maths A-C), Business Administration level 2 or equivalent experience in a clerical environment
2. Experience of using IT systems working with a range of Microsoft office packages (e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook)
3. Experience of working in a busy office /customer care environment
4. Good communication /customer care skills both written and verbal
The post is at Good Hope Hospital but, the post holder may be required to work at Heartlands, Solihull Hospital or the Queen Elizabeth Hospital if the service need arises. Attention should be drawn to the requirements contained in the Person Specification for the roles.

- Good General Education (eg. GCSE English and Maths A-C) GCSE Level 9-4
- Business Administration NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience in an administrative environment
**Experience**:
