This is a family run business with one single store. Often referred to as a rural department store, the centre offers a wide range of products including, indoor and outdoor plants departments, garden tools and accessories, homeware, gifts, and pet supplies.Additional features include a farm shop, restaurant, coffee shop, children’s play area and a dedicated dog walking field. The centre generates a turnover of over £10 million a year.

**The following skills are essential**:

- Experience of working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Familiarity with KPI’s and ability to quickly identify strong sellers and weaker lines
- Experience of stock management, processing deliveries, pricing, regular stock takes and ordering new stock.
- Good merchandising skills with an ability to implement POS for new promotions.
- Good communication skills with staff, other department heads and centre management

**Hours**:
40 hours a week with an expectation to work alternate weekends.
