**About the Position**:

- Hourly rate of **£13.35** (inclusive of holiday pay & pension) + **45p/mile**:

- Full & Part Time available (no zero hour contracts)
- Flexible Part Time Hours for better work/life balance
- Guaranteed Hours with some available overtime
- Paid induction, shadowing and ongoing training
- Formal training - Care Certifications and NVQ qualifications
- Monthly star carer prizes and quarterly discretionary bonus
- Monthly Meetings with Management + 24 hour carer call support
- Once settled, your own recurring schedules and clients

**About the Work**:
We provide care to the elderly and also for adults with physical and learning disabilities. This includes all aspects of personal care, providing companionship, helping with social visits and days out, meal preparation, shopping, medication prompting and housekeeping.
- Providing companionship. Providing personal care.
- Preparing meals of choice. Assisting with general housework.
- Taking clients on days out. Enabling & promoting Independence.
- Administering medication - providing medication at the appropriate time.

**About You**:
**What you will need**:

- A 'can do' attitude with a patient centered approach.
- Be passionate about providing excellent care.
- To offer availability every other weekend.
- The right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsership).
- A full drivers licence and access to a car _(we do also have work for some none drivers)._

- Hourly wage increasing from £12.50ph to £13.35ph as of 1st April 2024._
