**What you will be doing**

As a Commercial Property Broker, you will be representing one of the best names in the sector, specialising in the sale of commercial property and businesses. Your base will be your home, with occasional visits to either the Newcastle or Manchester office. Essentially, in this role you will be working across Cumbria and The Lake District where you will be helping Hotel owners find a buyer
- Sell and acquire Hotels on behalf of both private and corporate clients
- Accurately conducting market valuations, ultimately leading to instructing these Hotels to the market for sale
- Arrange and conduct viewings with potential buyers
- Be responsible for the full cycle of the sales process from instruction to completion
- Networking with business in the hospitality sectors across your patch to gain future contacts and relationships

**What you will have**
- You will ideally be from a Business Transfer background or be an extremely experienced resi or commercial Property Valuer
- It would be great if you have some commercial property valuation experience
- Having MRICS or Assoc RICS is an advantage but not a necessity
- You will be experienced in generating new business in various formats
- You must be able to nurture deals
