**Finance Business Partner being hired for fast growth Tech business in Berkshire**

**£75,000 - £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits + predominantly home working**

Stanton House are partnering with a fast growth, acquisitive Tech business in Berkshire who are hiring a qualified Finance Business Partner to join their high calibre Finance team. This position is a key finance leadership and business partnering role andyou will be responsible for providing finance business partnering to the Managing Director of the division, who is a key leadership position and a member of Executive Committee. As part of the senior leadership team, your responsibilities include providingaccurate divisional forecasting and reporting, analysis of key KPIs on financial results, supporting functionalisation of acquired businesses, and supporting the MD with their strategic initiatives to help create additional value.

**To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to have**:

- Qualified accountant
- Strong business partnering experience within a large corporate
- Technology industry experience is an added bonus
- Senior stakeholder management experience
- Financial Modelling experience
- Flexible in approach, focused on outcomes, with a high degree of attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment

**A little more information about the role**:

- Partner with the Managing Director to provide financial support to them and their wider leadership team.
- Design and implement modelling for multiple product and revenue streams for the purposes of monthly forecast, annual budget and bi-annual long term strategic planning.
- Produce detailed monthly analysis of actual performance, and provide variance analysis/insight from actual trading results.
- Work effectively with the broader finance function to develop and deliver holistic and informative information to on the performance of the product portfolio.
- Utilise various systems and the Data Warehouse to deliver and enhance the management information that drives decision making within the business.
- Assist in developing strategic vision and identifying value creation.
- Ad-hoc projects and analysis as required, for example working on M&A projects, designing relevant process and control, supporting the MD with their strategic initiatives.
