Bartender

Join our team as a Bartender at Inoshishi Izakaya, located in the heart of Frome. We are a vibrant Japanese restaurant known for our exceptional service and inviting atmosphere. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests through your exceptional bartending skills and friendly demeanor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, and wines, with precision and efficiency.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses.
- Adhere to all food safety standards and regulations to ensure the safety of our guests.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests by engaging with them and fulfilling their beverage preferences.

**Skills**:

- Time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour
