We have a brand new and exciting position for a Aftersales Specialist to join the Value Chain department for a leading automotive manufacturer. In this newly created position, you will be responsible for the entire programme to maximise parts and accessories revenue in our client’s network through process improvement, data insight and best practice sharing.
You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities within different departments across the business (e.g., Innovation, Accessories, Servicing & Repairs, Parts, Warranty) in order to monetise all future revenue through the lifecycle of their vehicles. You should be a self-starter with an inquisitive mindset as well as being able to create own reports, analyse and interpret data and insights. You will also be able to build relationships with senior stakeholders, whilst being confident to challenge and question existing practises.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing and developing the Value Chain Standards programme and toolboxes - effectively controlling the recipe for success in aftersales retail.
- Identifying growth opportunities for parts and accessories revenue through performance analysis and working with our field team to understand challenges, opportunities and share best practice.
- Working with the Accessories Business Unit (ABU) to support scoping and delivering Centre initiatives to improve product sales to New, Used and existing owners.
- Working with the Business Planning and Reporting team to further develop dashboards and reporting to provide greater insight into region and Centre performance across a range of KPIs and programmes.
- Working with the Retention team to support the roll-out of new programmes to improve customer retention and Centre capacity, enabling more revenue opportunities to be realized.
- Support launch communication and ongoing reporting for DPMM, a new tool to ensure the right parts are in stock at our Centres at the right time to maximise customer satisfaction and revenue.
**Key skills required**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Products
- A Logical thinker with strong analytical skills, being able to create own reports from scratch and interpret data & insights.
- Willingness and ability to question & challenge existing practices
- Ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders
- Commercialy driven mindset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
