We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and versatile. It is essential that you are a team player but can work independently when needed.

**About the role**:
This role will see you take part in many aspects of the business, this will be from conducting viewings to bookings and administration. You need to be enthusiastic when answering phones and communicating with tenants.

You will be responsible for some of the admin associated with lettings which can include tenancies, guarantor forms, booking forms etc. For this, you will need to have a good understanding when using software such as Microsoft Office.

We have our own in-house maintenance team so part of the role will be to coordinate with them to ensure that any issues within the properties are being dealt with efficiently.

Due to the type of lettings, no holiday can be taken in the months of August, October or November.

Full clean UK drivers licence required.
