**Recruitment Resourcer**

Location - Cheltenham (Central) - Hybrid opportunities to be discussed at interview, but you must be able to reliably commute to Cheltenham for this role.

**Who are we?**

Noriker Power specialise in agile power systems vital for grid stability and flexible energy solutions. Our focus on innovation and sustainability has made us a key player in the industry. With over 300MW of advanced battery and hybrid facilities and thanks to our partnership with Equinor, who are investing billions into the energy transition, we’re accelerating in the development of even larger grid-scale battery storage projects and shaping the future of the grid.

**About You**

**What will I spend my time on at Noriker?**
- Supporting the team to achieve fulfilment targets and meet recruitment KPIs to support ambitious company scale up.
- Contribute towards effective marketing and social media campaigns to build a strong company brand and attract talent.
- Understand technical job briefs and write compelling, detailed adverts
- Support business objectives through effective recruitment procedures, and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a resourcing role (In-house would be preferable)
- A good understanding of multiple methods of sourcing talent across different platforms
- Committed and results-driven
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organisational & prioritisation skills

**What is our interview process?**
- All of our CVs are reviewed by the people in the recruitment team
- If there’s a match, we’ll invite you for a 30 min screening call to allow us to get to know each other better
- The next stage is an in-person interview with a leader from the Trading and Analytics team and Senior management, we may ask you to prepare something for this one too
- We’ll try and get all of this done within 3 weeks
