FX and cross-border payments are often complex and expensive, especially when operating in emerging markets. Crown Agents Bank (CAB) wraps its deep and trusted relationships and strength of network around innovative digital capabilities, and cross-bordertransaction banking solutions to enable fintech, corporates, governments, development organisations and banks to move money to, from, and across often hard-to-reach markets.

**Description**

**Responsibilities**:
**Funding**
- Crediting customer wallets within Gateway
- Funding MNOs as required
- Monitoring funds received from Clients and moving funds as necessary

**Payment Gateway Core Operations**
- Processing returned payments
- Manage inbound RFI queues
- Monthly invoicing and charging of PG clients
- Process NAK's and inform clients
- Manage client funding requests
- Compile and distribute weekly MI
- Investigate outstanding nostro rec items

**Partner management**
- Working closely with Mobile Network Operators to solve day-to-day operational challenges
Thought leadership
- Proposing improvements to day-to-day Payment Gateway Ops processes, proposing and documenting procedures as necessary

**Profile**
- Demonstrable experience in a variety of banking departments: credit risk, dealing rooM/Front office, treasury operations/back office, payment operations, customer services.
- Ability to multitask and efficiently manage daily workload
- Ability to understand each client's specific needs and provide an excellent level of service
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with no supervision
- Good eye for detail and accuracy

**Job Offer**
- Hybrid working, 2 days per week in our Sutton office.
- Contributory personal pension plan: - Minimum: Employee 2% and Employer 7%. Employer matches contributions in 1% increments to a maximum of: Employee 5% and Employer 10%
