They have kept themselves ahead of competitors through innovative, high performing products and havenow become the supplier of choice in the international digital web-printing market.
**About the role
**A resourceful and experienced Electronic / Mechanical Engineer is required to join their small service team who support customers around the world. Their support team is needed to install and commission new machines, deliver product operator and servicetraining courses and provide expert backup and support. The role will include:

- Installing and commissioning new machines at end-customer sites
- Providing intensive product training courses (operator and service) to enable new customers / agents to use and maintain equipment
- Providing remote telephone technical support and back-up to existing customers around the world
- Visiting customers to provide back-up assistance, install upgrades and give refresher training
- Producing sample booklets using customer supplied printed sheets or paper rolls, in order to help win new sales

**About you
**To be successful for the role of Electronic / Mechanical Engineer you will be / have:

- Experience of communicating with customers particularly for whom English is not their mother tongue
- Helping to resolve technical issues, both face-to-face and remotely
- Experience in providing operator and maintenance training courses to end user customers and sales agents
- Experience and knowledge of the Print Industry and paper handling would be preferred
- General PC skills, excel, word and outlook
- Working knowledge of quality standards and statutory regulations relating to electro-mechanical equipment

**About the rewards
**For the role of Electronic / Mechanical Engineer there is on offer:

- A salary of £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 25 days holidays plus Bank Holidays
- company Pension and Company Bonus Scheme (after a 3 month qualifying period)
