**About the role**:

Our energy network connects the nation, so it’s essential that it’s continually evolving, advancing and improving.- The resilience of our Control Rooms, Systems, Networks, the capability of our people and the management frameworks and policies they work within are critical to ensuring that safety and system security standards are maintained at all times.- As Resilience Lead, you’ll provide expert opinion and guidance to management teams across ET in all aspects of Business Resilience, and test and maintain ET’s Business Resilience plans.**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure key risk areas for Resilience are identified and Control Strategies are agreed with the Business.
- Create, present and deliver key Resilience Policies.
- Ensure continuation of ISO22301 Business Continuity Management certification and coordinate both internal and external audits.
- Proactively identify, manage and report on whole Network operational resilience and reliability risk, to provide assurance to ET.
- Design, build and execute a Business Resilience Exercise Plan, incorporating all areas of ET, its interactions with the Crisis Management Team (Gold Command), Silver and Bronze Command and applicable external parties.
- Lead on the Resilience framework for ET. Develop and maintain Business Resilience Standards, in line with SHS Guidance and Group Policy.
- Build strategic relationships with internal and external Customers and Stakeholders regarding Resilience Policy issues on behalf of ET. Liaise with external Agencies and internal departments to “horizon scan” and identify Threats to the ET Business.

This role is based out of our offices in Warwick and can be combined with hybrid working from home.**What you'll need**:

- We’re looking for someone with a Business Resilience background, who has experience of Crisis Management and Resilience Policy setting.An understanding and experience of the UK electricity industry, in particular Electricity Transmission critical Networks would be useful, but not essential.- **What's in it for you?**:
