We are excited to be looking for an Apprentice Consultant based in London You will work towards achieving a Level 6 qualification.

As an Apprentice Consultant within our Strategy & Transformation Solutions practice, you’ll be part of a diverse team of experts that support clients to tackle their most complex operational challenges and delivery of infrastructure programmes. We create customer-centric strategy and deliver transformation solutions across multiple sectors and emerging markets. Delivering outcomes with a people-centric focus on the design of vision, strategy, operating models and organisational design, we are driven by sustainable, benefits-focused transformation. **Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- A levels (or equivalent) or existing relevant Level 3 qualifications, and English, Maths and ICT at Level 2. Other relevant or prior experience may also be considered as an alternative.
- A flexible and proactive self-starter who’s passionate about developing new skills
- The ability to adapt and prioritise whilst juggling work and study priorities
- Empathy and listening skills to help you truly understand our clients’ requirements
- A well-rounded person - have you travelled around the world? Worked in a bar? Been captain of a sports team or volunteered for a charity? Tell us - we’re looking for people with interesting stories and experiences
- You must have the permanent right to work in the UK.
