Job Title: Operations Support (Flooring Logistics)

**Salary**: £26,000 - £31,200

Contracted: 40 hours per week

New Look Oxon is a small but growing Construction and Facilities Management company that undertakes various maintenance and project work across a diverse portfolio including Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Justice facilities. We have offices at RAF Brize Norton and Shrivenham but cover multiple locations across the South East and South West.

We are currently looking for an individual to support our Operations Team with a particular focus on our flooring division. You will work closely with the Flooring Manager and the Administration and Projects Coordinator to successfully enable a subcontracted workforce to deliver our flooring needs across a 7-year project. You will have day-to-day liaison with the flooring fitters and be responsible for the preparation, measures, cutting, and delivery of goods to our properties and projects in the area.

The flooring division will primarily work out of the Shrivenham office but will spend a large portion of the week at various locations depending on the properties requiring flooring.

You will have access to a large van, appropriate tools, and equipment, including a phone, tech, and training to enable you to carry out your role.
- Be comfortable working alone as well as part of a team.
- Be required to use digital technology to create floor plans and measures.
- Be required to remove existing flooring from properties.
- Be required to prepare surfaces for flooring installation.
- Be able and willing to lead on jobs as well as educate and mentor members of the team as and when required.
- Deliver excellent customer service and be able to interact and maintain relationships. with stakeholders at all levels.
- Have high attention to detail and the ability to self-motivate.
- Have the capability to problem solve and communicate effectively.
- Be able to support operations across the business.
- Be comfortable with the physical challenges that come with this role.

Essential
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to pass enhanced security checks

- CSCS Card
