The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has recently arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our Northern Region (QLD) Infrastructure business based in Townsville. Reporting to the North Queensland Estimating Manager, this all-encompassing position will be supporting both estimating and submissions. You will play an important role within our Sales and Tendering team, with key clients including state and local government, defence and the private sector, throughout the North Queensland region.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for all client, quoting and tendering aspects with the aim of maintaining and/or growing Fulton Hogan’s market share across North Queensland.
- Coordination, production and design of submissions, tender specific criteria and non-price documents as required.
- An ability to understand, decipher and provide best for project outcomes is essential.
- Quality assurance and proofing of all related documentation
- In reviewing the supplied documentation such as specifications and drawings, a thorough understanding of best practice and the Fulton Hogan way will be essential to ensure we comply with all quality, safety, environmental and sustainability requirements.
- On occasions you will be required to attend tender meetings, site visits and our various depots to maintain connectivity between operations and the estimating department.
- For each proposal, you will be required to seek out subcontractor/supply pricing whilst collating all items and direct cost items in our estimating program - Benchmark.
- Liaising with the operational staff and Managers on all areas of the submission or estimating which may include programming, capability, scope and resource requirements.

About You:

- Strong administration experience, including working with Excel. Sumbissions administration experience advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and orally with strong attention to detail.
- An ability to create/maintain a good rapport with clients, subcontractors and suppliers across the industry.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Thrive in a busy environment and love working in a team environment.
- Self-motivation and a willingness to learn and develop.
