£13.13 per hour / £25,594 per annum (full time equivalent)

37.5 hours per week, rotational rota which includes some night shifts.

Revitalise is the only charity in the UK that provides holidays for disabled people and their carers in our purpose-built holiday centres. We are passionate about creating experiences that stay with our guests long after they return home.

This is a unique and exciting role for someone with care experience who wants to support people to enjoy truly life-changing holidays in a hotel setting.

**About the role**

You will lead and co-ordinate the care activity to support our guests, ensuring that every guest has a great experience during their stay. Working in collaboration with the deputy manager and nurse colleagues, you will administer medication and undertake delegated clinical tasks. You will line manage a small team of Holiday Care Assistants.

**About you**

You must have some experience of supporting people with disabilities or other vulnerable groups in a health or social care setting. You do not need management experience; we will provide you with training. You must have a genuine desire to develop great leadership skills to support the performance and development of others.
