**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors, providing high-quality business services.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Liaise effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide bespoke solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, contributing to their professional growth.
- Participate actively in business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and legislative changes.

**Requirements**:

- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a business services or accounting role within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- A proactive mindset, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a commitment to continuous learning and development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
