**Job Title**: School Caretaker / Facilities Manager

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day

**Salary**:£13 - £16 per hour

**Duration**: Immediate start, assignment until March 2024, with potential for extension

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced School Caretaker / Facilities Manager for a secondary school site located in Thirsk. The role will start in January, offering a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a background in school facilities management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Facilities Management**:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school premises, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment for students, staff, and visitors.
- ** Caretaking Duties**:Undertake general caretaking tasks, including maintenance, repairs, and minor installations as required.
