**Profile**:

- Previous banqueting background experience in 5-star hotel, hospitality and events, contract catering conferences is essential.
- Minimum 3 years experience of silver service in London.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Immaculate grooming standards.
- Have extensive knowledge of emotional intelligence, body language and non-verbal communication.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Striving to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile clients.
- Flexible to work varied hours.
- Paying exceptional attention to detail.
- Working towards Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.
