GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a successful, growing, and leading regional law firm and we are currently supporting their recruitment Legal Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to a Partner within their Commercial Propertydepartment, located at their firm in Telford.

This position is Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm offering a salary circa £22,000.

The successful applicant will be required to liaise directly with clients, have excellent interpersonal skills and provide the highest standard of client care. You must be able to demonstrate experience in a similar secretarial or legal secretarial positionwith excellent typing abilities.

The firm is currently going through an exciting period of change with a new, innovative leadership team, and are looking for energetic and passionate individuals to contribute to their successful future.

Legal Secretary main duties:

- You will undertake all tasks of a secretarial nature supporting partners and fee earners
- Audio typing, dictation and minute taking
- Managing diary appointments and arranging both internal and external meetings
- You will deal with confidential and sensitive information and upload files on case management systems

Legal Secretary desired skills and experience:

- Accuracy and great attention to detail
- You will be organised and self-sufficient whilst being able to show initiative and a proactive attitude where needed.
- Proficient in all aspects of information and communications technology, you will be committed to client service and delivering high quality work
- Fast and accurate audio typing and audio dictation skills
- Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner and client care expertise are essential
- Diary management and the ability to deliver great work in a demanding and fast paced office environment
